A downloadable game for Windows

NOT REPRESENTATIVE OF THE FINAL GAME:

Here we have a Reupload from a Demo that got delistet 2 - 3 years ago.

This is a Walking Simulator Horrorgame, very P.T. inspired. Recycles a lot of Soundeffects and Voicelines from P.T. (straight up ripped from PS4, don´t think I didn´t notice this).

What I think is kind of annoying is having to wait for Triggers to happen. But this is just a Demo for a Game that got released on Steam with a very different Name.

And now it gets interesting:

It seems this Game has a very interesting Developmentcycle with multiple Developers and got changed quite a lot. To my knowlegde at least 3 different Developers seemed to have worked on it.

Weirdly you can find an earlier Version of this Demo right here: https://galacticcrows.itch.io/sinisterwithindecay. It is very different:

It uses a VHS 4:3 Aspect Ratio and a Nightvisioncamera like Outlast. Nothing like this Demo here really, except for the Ghost lady.

And Stuff like this shows how much a Game can Change during Development.
I find this Stuff fascinating

And I would wish Developers would preserve this earlier Stages of Development Demos for historic Reasons no matter how representative they are to the Final Game.

You can find the Full Game here:
Yes the Full Game of this Demo is called "STAY STILL"
is even stated in the Steam page description

https://store.steampowered.com/app/2231730/Stay_Still/

And like always: For Preservation purposes only

I am not the Developer of this Game, but I will reupload more Demos that are like this in the Future (Believe Me, there are Tons of these Demos out there),

Oh damn, have now realised that you may not speak English. Sorry for that...

I hope Google Translate doesn´t butcher this...

ok. no problem. this demo is wonderful, bring more lol

Hi! I saw you had multiple versions of RE77 by MrDewitt77 that have been so helpful- i was wondering if you had or knew how to find his later game Distortion? the only evidence of it that I can find is on the Wayback Machine

Oh yeah. I remember this one as well.

Unfortunately there was never anything playable there (if my Memory still serves me right, the Page was only up for a few Weeks).

Only the Main page was there with no Downloads or anything. (yeah have misrememberd this one, MY BAD!!!)

Probably was cancelled alongside RE77.

Added Stuff: Wow I never knew it had a playable Build there as well. Damn!!! I am not a Fan of Demos you have to pay for but this might be worth tracking down.

Hmmm, thank you so much- if I can find a build of it I'll make sure to let you know and hook you up with the files. I appreciate your work!!

Much appreciated!!!

Wow, you did it—you actually found the lost demo! Congratulations, and thank you!

Was really a pain in the butt, I tell you.

Yep. It´s like i said a week ago. Sometimes the only thing you need to do is Wait. Or be at the right place at the right time.

Feel free to give me more Suggestions of Lost Demo´s.
