First: Your Antivirus software most likely flags this as "false Positive". I checked the Files myself on multiple Antivirus softwares and none of them flagged the file as malicious.
Second: I will not tolerate Insults here. I am all for free speech but this is where i draw the line. I give you 24 Hours to either alter or delete your Comment otherwise I will do this myself.
And when I have to do it myself you will also get banned

Edit 1: I hope you are not using DrWeb Antivirus software because this flags everything as positive so use another Antivirus Software instead.
Edit 2: Oh i see now what you did here. You just put the 7zip file on Virus total and saw that DrWeb flagged this as a Trojan. But every other Virus software doesn´t detect anything.
This game released around the peak of the creepypasta era and around a period where first-person jumpscare horror was still considered a novel concept.
The stars aligned for Slender: The Eight Pages and there is plenty of proof in favor of that.
